Should grade 12 University level English be a requirement for entry into all university programs?

  Serial is an investigative journalism podcast hosted by Sarah Koenig. Serial hit #1 on iTunes prior to its debut and stayed there for several weeks. This podcast is a new experience for me. I've never listened to any suspense podcasts before. I am very fond of suspenseful books and TV series, and I have watched all of "Sherlock", but the charm of "serial" is completely different.
